How Dental Insurance Works
Dental insurance can be confusing. We're here to help you understand your benefits so you can make informed decisions about your care.
What's a Deductible?
A deductible is the amount you pay out-of-pocket before your insurance starts covering costs. For example, if your deductible is $50, you pay the first $50 of covered services each year.
What's a Co-Pay?
A co-pay is a fixed amount you pay for a covered service. For example, you might pay $20 for a routine cleaning, and your insurance covers the rest.
What Does 'Covered at 80%' Mean?
This means your insurance pays 80% of the cost for that service, and you pay the remaining 20%. For a $100 service covered at 80%, you'd pay $20.
We accept Medicaid and all major insurance plans.
